APP store app like file explorer for windows phone ?

I am trying to send some ringtones to my GF's verizon phone from my 3GS but have no way to get into the actual ringtone folder like I could on my touch pro 2 windows 6.5 phone.....

Or am I totally missing some way to do this on my 3GS as it is ?
