A couple of months ago I bought 2 4G modems from Verizon, one of each kind. Everything was great the first month or so. I couldn't have been more pleased. I even commented on them here. Well ... I was soooooo wrong! These things will NOT keep a connection! They will even say connected in the VZ Manager software when it is not. The Verizon forums are packed with others having the same problem. The main error is WMC604. It is so bad, I've switched to AT&T. I would rather have a slower connection that works than a fast one that doesn't work. Verizon really pooched it. They should have tested this service better. I'm sure they will get it corrected, but it's too late for me. I'm out. Early adoption has its drawbacks.
 
You knew that early adoption had draw backs, so why adopt it? My LTE modem works fine in this area, zero confection issues after the first month. YMMV obviously.
