We have that list of buyers remorse growing longer and longer. And expect that list to explode with new names should Donald Trump lose this election. If Trump loses, those names having regret for their actions and misguided loyalty to Donald Trump will be never ending. The tears and remorse will flow. But that is only a cop out. For all of those Trump loyalists currently consumed within the muck, living the nightmare, feeling the hopelessness, now is your time to repent. Now, not tomorrow, not after the era of Donald Trump Comes to an end, but now, today. Stop being a woose and stand up to do the right thing.

What is so especially disturbing about General Mike Milley is that Milley is a United States General. If these military leaders cannot stand up to Donald Trump or stand up for their own patriotism then what happens should a real threat arise? What happens if a Vladimir Putin threatens our nation or a Kim Jong Un? What then if all of our Generals and military leaders are big woosies? Big woosies, so utterly gullible by this woose of a president?

Trump suckered Milley & Esper into the frame in the church escapade. Flat out suckered them, just like he does a lot of people. They owned up to it. When Esper disarmed the Guard he signaled loud & clear that he wasn't buying into Trump's attempt to escalate the situation. I mean, a few hundred thousand protesters losing it & torching the nation's Capital would have played right into his game. I disagree. Trump supporters are welcome to continue supporting him. They elected him president, if they're unhappy with that decision they can change it in just a few short months.

The military leadership basically told Trump to FOAD at this point, that they won't be doing his dirty work crushing protests for him, which is a great thing for our Democracy and indicates that our brave men and women in uniform serve the country and not Trump, are likely to disregard illegal orders, should those arise. That is what separates democracies from banana republics.
It took courage to stand up to your chain of command and speak truth to power. Let's welcome them and their apologies with open arms instead of being too high and mighty and alienating the military into Trump's arms.

He's not talking about Trump voters but rather about prominent military & govt figures. I think he wrongfully names Milley. OTOH, Bill Barr probably belongs in prison as do other members of the Admin. Barr's right about one thing- the winners write the history. We just need to make sure it's not him.
