Apologies in advance but exactly how far can you o/c 3770?

I believe the best you can do with a non "k" part is set all four cores to the top bin right? So that would be 3.9GHz. I'm looking for an upgrade for video compression to my 2500k and I'm thinking I'd probably only give up a few hundred MHz by not going with a "k" if I can set it to 3.9GHz. But just want to make sure.

4 bins above the 4 core turbo speed. If it's 3.7GHz then 4.1GHz would be the max.

Almost - single core max = 4.1GHz, two = 4GHz, three/four = 3.9GHz.
Sure makes the i5 2450Ps (@3.7GHz fully loaded) I got at Fry's for $75 a piece a nice bargain
