Question Apollo RW-2060 drivers for Windows 10

I have the Apollo RW-2060 steering wheel but there are drivers for Windows XP for this steering wheel and the latest drivers are for Windows Vista, I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, the drivers for this system do not want to match and Device Manager does not detect this steering wheel at all.
 
It's because it's an extremely old wheel that simply lacks driver support for Windows 10.

A quick search on Google brings up only Polish websites, where did you buy this steering wheel from?
