I found this printer at my local Albertsons(Grocery store) for $99 - $10 instant discount. So $89.99 + tax out the door. Inside is a rebate for $40 MMIR. I didn't buy it at first though.....Albertsons had a big sign saying Apollo P-2200 $49.99 after rebate. But, I read the rebate and it stated that the 2200 did not qualify for the rebate, only the 2250. So I though Albertsons made a mistake and I wasn't going to buy it. I also noticed a picture of the printer on the box which said P-2200. So, I didn't buy it. I went back to the store to look at it and I was looking at the Apollo printer (out of a box) on display and it said 2250. Anyway, I asked an employee about their return policy before I purchased it. Sure enough the printer in the box says 2250. Also on the upc code on the box says p2250. So rebate is good. I called hp and they said there is no difference between the 2200 and 2250 model EXCEPT the 2200 comes with a printer cable the 2250 does not. The 2200 can be found at stores like office max, office depot, and staples while the 2250 will be found at Grocery stores. The funny thing is that the 2200 is sold for around $69 (no rebate w/cable) and the 2250 is around $89 - 40 rebate (w/rebate). The printer seems to work great for my purposes. There are no drivers for Windows 2000. In Windows 2000 you can just "add printer" choosing the HP 612c drivers and it should work fine(according to website). Works great for me.
