On sale at Sears. This is a very nice looking unit. Sells for $250-$350 elsewhere. The screen is indeed perfectly flat, and the picture quality looked pretty great. I generally advise against combo units, but if you need to save space you need to save space. Stereo sound also seemed very good.

This is on sale through 12/7 at Sears (and sears.com) for $199. If you buy from Sears.com, you pay shipping, but get your shipping fee back via mail-in rebate.

As with other Apex products, the DVD player in this thing plays about everything: CD-R/RW, MP3, VCD, etc

 
Sears had it 20% off $199? Their regular price is $249. It's on sale for $199 now. Must have been a double-sale.
