APEX makes TVs now??

I was browsing around Sam's the other day and saw that they had a 27" APEX flatscreen tv for significantly less than other flatscreens (don't remember the price, but it was CHEAP). And just today, I saw a 20" APEX flatscreen tv on jandr.com for $225. Does anyone know what the quality of these tvs is like? I know their DVD players are popular mostly because of the MP3 playback and low price, but not that great on picture quality. I was wondering if anyone has experience with the tv's or has come across a review of one on the net (I couldn't find any). I'd like to pick one up for my gf since she really doesn't need anything too fancy, and they're cheaper than non-flat tvs of the same size.
