As an example of 1sale's shipping.... I ordered a couple cables that had 3-4week time listed. They shipped 2 days later, don't know how long USPS is going to fondle them however.

SOP when it comes to ordering from 1saleaday/bensoutlet.. U wait the listed period for processing (I think 1 week?). Then u email/tweet/fb msg them about it. Your order will be shipped out soon (from Florida). Chances are if you are not about following up, they wont ship it for a looooong time. However, ur card is charged the day you order. I believe the salesfront and the shipper/warehouse arent necessarily the same entity.
