One of the filthiest UPS I've ever used. Belkin's support sucks, and their replacement batteries are hard to find. APC maybe a bit more expensive, but it does provide better (if not the best) service and parts. This unit has the capability to morph into a dual battery unit... if you look at this link: http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=23, you can see how you can add an additional battery pack to make it give you more backup time. Actually I'm quite pleased with my 2 Belkin's UPSs but I do believe the 12345 friends and family deal is dead.
