APB Out in Oklahoma for Arabs in a white van

Just heard on the local news here that there is an APB out for a group of Arabic men driving a white van across Oklahoma. Apparently the FBI thinks they left Arkansas this morning and are driving across Oklahoma to the West towards Arizona.

That's what they think. Also mentioned that they could be headed toward a power plant or chemical plant in Texas.

And readily available. I remember during the sniper shootings one day on my way to work I just decided (out of boredom) to count all the white vans w/ladder racks that I saw.
I counted 30 on a 15 mile stretch of I40 in NC.
