Dam. Aprtment shopping is so hard in Boston! They charge so much for these little rooms ($900 for a studio that looks like a rat hole). Anything remotely nice costs atleast $1,800. Sorry, I just had to vent. ANyways, we used to have a job networking thread, you think we can get a apartment networking thread?

I just don't understand things on the coast :\

In Phoenix (Well Tempe technically) I can get a 3BR apartment with 1450 sq/ft in a gated community with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a full feature exercise room with spa for $950 a month.

We own a duplex on the southern border of the state. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, little office area. Two floors. We rent it out for $450 a month, and include a network hookup to cable, and cable TV.

I share a huge 2 bedroom apartment in Boston for $1800/month. It's really too big. Normally apartments in this building cost $2200+, but my view is of the wall of a supermarket, so they gave a discount for this apartment :)
