A friend of mine moved into a new apartment back in May. When he found the place, he was told the laundry room was available so many hours per day (something like 7am-10pm). What he wasn't told was that the manager made up a schedule for the residents. When he moved in, he was put on the schedule for Tuesdays at 9am. He works Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. Obviously the time doesn't work out. Two weeks ago, he finally convinced the manager to give him a time he could use. Just found out today that his time was given to a new tenant.
Now, he could go to a laundromat, and has had to, but those are a lot more expensive than the machines in his building, not to mention using the machines in his complex are more convenient. He's talked to the company that owns his complex, and they did nothing. Is there anything he can do?
