ANyone every try them? Basically, you pay them a flat rate ($300-$400?) to find an apartment for you. It is supossed to be cheaper than going to a realtor because they cost nothing for the Landlord, so the landlord fee is not passed to you.

They used to be on craigslist alot, but i can't seem to find them anymore....se maybe they are a scam? However, I did see one in the Boston Globe the other day, but i forgot to take down the number.

craigslist sucks for finding aprtments in Boston. If you tell it to search apts by owner only, they still give you apts that are sold by realtors. Also, some realtors put fake apts on and try to rent you other apts.
