Basically, I'm living in a building that was built in 1967.
Supposedly there is a ~4" thick concrete wall surrounding each unit (between the levels and on all adjoining sides, at least according to landlord and building maintenance.
I would like to find out the building codes for Oklahoma... anything that might tell me how thick of a wall there is separating the units.
If anyone can help, please do.
