Apache/Tomcat Problems with Novell Portal Services

I am trying to get Novell Portal Services 1.5 up and running on a Netware 6 box. Apache is working fine. Tomcat is a different story.

Only Tomcat 3.2 loads and even though 3.3.1 is installed when it runs from the system console, I only get a Loading module JAVA message. The web page is accessible at port 8080 with Tomcat 3.2 not 3.3.1.

Since NPS 1.5 only gives the option to install with 3.3, it doesn't work.

I can't even get Tomcat 3.3.1 to make a mod_jk.conf file automatically. When I run tomcat33.ncf -run jkconf I get a loading module JAVA message again.

Anyone know what is going on?
