Apache -- server accessible from server computer, but no others?

Hi all, I wonder if you can help me with an apache setup question?

I've setup a httpd on my machine, and when started (RH Linux 7.2), I can view the pages from my machine. But from any other machine on our network, I get the message that my machine is not accepting connections.

Is this a httpd_conf problem, or something in my network services?
