Apache mod_rewrite help

I finally got mod_rewrite to actually rewrite the url, now all my relative links in the re-written pages are broken. I tried adding a RewriteBase directive but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Any help would be appreciated.

Below is my current htaccess file.

Make sure your <base> tag is set on all pages and relative urls will function properly.

Yeah...it was relatively recently that I found out about it too. But, in the age of CSS and URL rewriting and shit like that, it's an invaluable tag.
