I've recently set up an apache server at http://12.233.129.204:8080/
It's come to my attention that ATTBI has recently installed a port 80 filter
so I have changed the httpd.conf file to listen on ports 81 and 8080. While
this works for the majority of users, it appears that there are a great deal
of ATTBI users who can not access the page on any port that I put it on.
I've had them ping me and it's fine. It seems that everyone out of the ATTBI
network has no problems accessing the page, while some users within the
network are receiving the standard "Page can not be displayed." Any ideas?
Apache 1.3.22
Redhat Linux 7.2
