Is there anything specific I need to do running the latest 1.3 apache series on windows to secure it further? I want to allow it to run as a service most of the time? I have a firewall which blocks all ports but 80 incoming (other that what is necessary). . .

Also, what do most people do so that you can remotely edit files? Run an ftp server? Is there someway to do that with apache?
