WTF is this company? They charged me like $30 each month then $149. I called like 3 months ago to have it refunded but some how they messed up. I called back 2 weeks ago about it and they said it was never authorized or some sh!t and to expect it in 4 - 5 business days. Well I never got it, so I just called back and he said it wasn't authorized yet (2nd time to hear this). So he "authorized" it and said I should expect it in my account in 1 - 2 business days. WTF!!!!

I don't even know why they were taking money out of my account.
