The AP is reporting --- Explosive Laden van stopped by police -- 2-3 arrested -- THIS MIGHT BE A RUMOR, AS THE POLICE WILL NOT CONFIRM IT --


Also, survivors are making cell phone calls in the bottom of the buildings ----

News just said passerby?s saw three men "Celebrating" after they saw the towers collapse. The passersby?s notified the police and the police stopped and searched the van. No explosives were found!
