Installed the board and all the goodies. Plugged in all the cables and fired it up, everything was working fine. Went through the post and got to the system disk failure message appeared (no OS was loaded yet) opened the CD drive to put in the XP disk and everything shut down. Now....nothing. Will not power up....UNLESS....I remove the 4 pin aux power connector from the board. When I do that the system comes on (CPU fan, chassis fans and power supply) but still nothing else.

Soooo....... what gives?
