AOpen HX-08 case is supposed to be ATX 2.03 complaint, no?

I recently purchased the above case and noticed that there are no
mounting holes (on the motherboard tray) beneath the CPU.

According to the following new article:

http://www.anandtech.com/printarticle.html?i=1467

"The second part of the ATX 2.03 specification calls for four extra mounting holes around the CPU socketso support a heatsink retention mechanism."

If the AOpen case is ATX 2.03 compliant (as a sticker on the box claims to be) shouldn't it have these four holes?

Does anybody else have this case WITH the four holes?

Thanks...

I have the Antec version of this case (KS-188) and mine has those holes.

Ugh... mine has lots of holes. uh-huh-huh lots-of-holes...

That's perty funni...

Anyway - that's what I know.
