AOpen Dual Layer Burner $45 @ Newegg

Anyone know who makes this drive? My brother needs a burner and I am about to buy a couple power supplies from newegg. I may just have to add this to the cart.

The reviews are good but it seem they never discuss orig manufacturer in the reviews. Actually I guess it isn't a big deal. Most are pretty good. There is one brand I stay far away from and I don't really remember which it is. I think it is LG.

 
They have the BenQ down to $44 for weekend special. I have read lots of good about this drive. I would buy it but my brothers case is biege. After reading the review I think the nec sounds good.

Thanks for the heads up though.

I have two of BenQ Drives and they are awesome. Thats the drive i have. It is able to set bookmarks with the default bios and very good write quality. Go check www.cdrinfo.com for reviews. I think i would go with the benq based upon reviews and is $5 that big of difference anways? Go check www.cheifvalue.com. I think they have good prices on them.
