AOPEN COM5232 COMBO DRIVE

K7N2g-ilsr Nforce2 Mobo

Ok, i wanted a dvd, and a cd-rw togther, and thats what i thought i got, but it doesnt work! It worked once before the first few times i tried to install it, but once i tried installing both my old, and my new cd drive together the AOPEN drive has not worked at all. I reformatted my harddrive, reinstalled the MOBO drivers and it still does not recognize it. My hard-drive is on the Primary-IDE channel and is set to master. My AOPEN combo drive is set to master and is the only drive connected to the Secondary IDE port. Right now windows doesn't recognize it at all and I have no clue why. Please help. Thanks.

maybe connecting both of them has pushed the Power Supply to it's limits? What's the power supply rated at that you have, and what all components are in the system?
