i dont see why not. the motherboard is a mini-ITX base. The specs say they are Mini-itx.
I havenot seen a barbones pc maker prevent you form swapping a motherboard.
I might be totally wrong.

You may not find the exact motherboard to replace it with but you can find one that will fit. So if you already have an install of an OS on the original system you'll need to reinstall if the replacment is differnt.

Just start looking for suppliers that carry mini-ITX boards in your area. Check out http://www.mini-itx.com/

Sorry for the confusion. I'm looking to replace the current one with a different one that has more functionality, e.g. HDMI out, built-in wireless networking, etc. Maybe one that can possiblly run a Core 2 Duo.
