AOpen AX6BC Part ID Help GOT THE INFO

I need for some nice person to send me the id numbers from Q3 on one of these boards. Q3 is in the back right hand corner of the board between the slot 1 and the serial parallel connector stack. The Q3 marking is to the right of the transistor. Thanks.
