Aopen AX4C Max & Celeron 2.4Ghz

I read all through the official AX4C Max thread and didn't see anywhere in there about my question, so here it is: If I have a Celeron 2.4Ghz chip with a 400 Mhz FSB, will it work on the AX4C Max?
