AOpen AK86-L Ram speed

Has anyone had a problem with this board improperly detecting RAM speed? I have 512MB PC 3200 of Corsair Value Select and 512 pc 3200 Buffalo. It detects each of these individually without a problem, but with both installed, it only detects the speed as ddr 333? I am assuming this is b/c they are different brands and have another stick of Corsair value on the way. Is this correct?

I had the exact same problem with my PC3200 - here's what to do:

Go into bios, select Frequency/Voltagte Control, and set Max Memclock to DDR400.

I'm using BIOS 1.11. Apparently, there is a new 1.13 on the AOpen website which addresses the problem, but I'm going to stick with what works. If you cannot get it to work, then you might flash to 1.11 and follow my directions.

I would go with version 1.11, per my previous post, because 1.11 fixed some memory compatibility problems with certain brands of PC 3200.
