Aopen 16x48x dvdrom users....

Has anyone got this drive and tested it out thoroughly?

I am interested in dvd rip speeds...on average

I am interested as well in its dae audio rip capability and its ability to read cd data.

My 8x32x BTC dvd-rom...rips dvd well...maxes close to rated 8x...but audio rips are at 5.5 to 6x and cd data is usually (looking at wide range of media) 18-22x...

I am lookin to sell my 42x kenwood (trouble free) and dvd-rom and get the aopen 16x...free up primary master for dvd...

Well I read the reviews and it appears to be the overall best 16x dvd rom as well as a real strong reader and DAE ripper...

I am concrened about its effective dvd-ripping speed...As anyone tested this out on a range of dvd videos and can give me a bit of an idea?
