New trial subscription to aol here, version 7.0. Within aol, I cannot access webpages, only aol's stuff like newsgroups, chat, but if I type in a keyword which leads to a webpage, then the page opens and just hangs there, with the aol thingie spinning for a few minutes, then error message telling me 'request took longer than expected'.

Access through external IE and netscape browsers works fine, however. Is there a setting somewhere? I cannot access the 'live support' of aol as it tries to take me to a webpage which never loads.
