AOL9.0 and

I have two computers connected via a switch and the network works fine, the only problem I have is that I can't share the internet connection with the second computer.
It's AOL 9.0 and on searching the net it seems a lot of people have had the same problem. Has anyone here got over this problem with AOL

Don't bother calling AOL tech support; the call center is now in Bangalore, India or someplace. They'll say that "networking is not supported".
Did you try using the AOL 9.0SE-supplied add-on program "Pure Networks Port Magic" (in the C:\Program Files\Pure Networks folder)? However, I think it may be designed for interfacing only with routers, not switches.
Either that one, or else you might want to try "CCProxy"; version 6.2 is latest.

This site has more networking info, including the use of the "virtual NIC" called "OpenVPN".

Thank you for the reply, I will try those links you gave and se what I can do. AOL is not the most user freindly ISP out there I'm afraid.🙂
