looks like a webmaster was working on an AOL branded version for their software, and accidentally published it in the wrong directory...

It must be unfinished, because the AOL Bar at the top doesn't function.

Yep, this is the page AOL users see when they browse to Ebay using AOL's browser. Someone at Ebay screwed up and so you see that page.

The day when AOL folds like a house of cards will be a wonderful, glorious day. Hopefully they will spin off Netscape and Nullsoft before that happens.

I'm pretty sure that Netscape (Mozilla really) was alright spun off.
