does anyone know if theres any way to find out how long my account has been activated , or the date i created it?

One time i saw an AOL guy giving away cds and then i saw a pimp and i went and talked to the pimp and he
slaped me up side my head but it was better than talking to the AOL guy

Yeah, I know AOL sucks. But its basically become the standard for IM's. I only know like one person who uses ICQ, 2 or 3 who use MSN, and 70 or so who use AIM. So stop crapping on my thread.

and do you know what Program AOL uesd to make AIM

ICQ! Thats right in 1997 Aol Bought out ICQ And we Had to Keep sending msgs to aol to not kill
ICQ and the main stream IM is not based on who you know, where i live most of my friends are on MSN/ICQ

hey dude aim is actually awesome, i use it and have never had problems with it, say what you want but its a great instant message service =]. Aol however yea that does suck. but anyway about your question....
no there isint a way to see that. maybe you could go into explore windows (if you have windows) find the aim folder >>>goto properties then check to see when the folder was created...thats most likely when you atcivated your account.

Dude i hate to say this but its AOL

and as any semi-smart person knows aol/anything affiliated wih aol blows yaks

A LOT

Chill dude sometimes we like to talk to people in the real world, people that aren't into computers, and all of them use AIM. The statistics show many more people use AIM than any other IM program.

Trillian... Trillian, Trillian.... does aol icq man yahoo and irc... i mean what ekse could be better. and its skinable etc etc... and check the site about the time you have been using it, they mighyt have something.. i eman ive had mine for at least 5 years

I think AIM is great, it works fine for what i need it to. ICQ is annoying, never really liked it even before AOL bought it. MSN i use since i like the email pop ups. Trillian... dont like the setup/interface for it, and since AIM is my main messaging program, i dont really need it.

Uhh, what's with your crazy posts? AOL bought out ICQ. They didn't make it.

Its not that ICQ wasnt making it
ICQ was a program Made my a few guys
and they thought that this would be cool on the internet.
So the went out and found people to set up servers and such
it was a free service that most people on icq kept it that way

and then aol talked to the guy that ran it and said we give you money for icq

and the guys that didnt get any money for the thing they created said *BLEEP* Ya in a heart beat

ICQ was not failing in 1997 it was the Best at the time!
