I took a look at the cr@p icons AOL has and am really disappointed. Anyone know where I can find some really cool ones?

well you can make your own, I beleive the limit is about 7K as far as size goes, so anything pic you have that's 7K (or less) or that you can make less than 7K will work. If you have access to photoshop or some other program that lets you resize a photo that's one way to make it for the 7K limit. Also I guess you could scan them in at low res and set the scan size to 20% of the original or something then save as a jpeg or gif
