AOL How hard is it to uninstall?

Ok, I have a friends AOL log on, but I can't get to "keyword" Lord of the Rings, unless I install AOL.
No big deal, I can DL it, install, DL the movie, uninstall AOL, and distribute the movie right?
How hard is it to uninstall AOL?

It's not hard...but I might suggest installing an older (ie 4.0) version. You can get it from aol's ftp...

I can do that and still use mY ISP right?
The point is to have cable access so I can DL the trailer quickly.

After you install, you run it and connect via TCP/IP.

I should have assumed you had 2k/xp...so yeah, you would need AOL 6 or above...

.... just back slowly away from the computer........back....back, i'm getting a headache just thinkin' about it.
good luck...AOL 6.0 and up will NEVER be completly uninstalled it leaves so many pieces of itself that you will welcome a format.
