msn cable is great

after 4 dsl companies(out of business, long downtimes, no customer service etc heck even getting hooked up took months) along came msn.

i ordered from quest 2 weeks was up and running, had a few questions, their support was fast and knowlegable. service went down,in two minutes the rep had an up time for me approx 12 hours(was actually 8.5 hours) went down 1 other time and the rep had me test a few things, said it was on their end and 45 minutes later he called to see if everything was up.it was

they skipped a month on my bill.i get 640k up 128 down on paper but usually i get 700 down and 500 up lately, last 2 months lol

top it off with this little tidbit and i love it...i dont use their browser (except when i need a seperate email for important stuff lol)
as win xp lets me configure my dsl during install and as soon as i get to the desktop explorer works

it has been almost a year with less than 12 hours down time i believe so yes i am very happy
