AOL and Windows 2000 Conflicts?

So i got mad at my ME machine so i reformatted it and put 2K on it. That went fine but the drivers for my rage 128 pro video card wont load the drivers. SO, i put AOL on there to get internet access even though i know everyone hate AOL. Aol cause the machine to reboot and after that the splash screen with blue bars to load it, and when it gets to the end of the bars it shows a blue screen (system screen) for only a split second and then restarts...and this continues. Anyone have any ideas...pm me if you do
