I'll throw it out just in case someone might have an answer. I put together a computer for someone for Christmas, and hooked it up onsite. It uses a usb wireless adapter to connect to the router for dsl internet access. I left them with Firefox installed, but they wanted to use AOL like they were before, so they downloaded it off AOL's site, 9.0 security edition. After installation, somehow the wireless adapter was set to "disabled". So I had to go back to their house to check it out, saw it was disabled in the device manager & set it to "enable".

Is that weird or what?

I've headr the security edition is major bloatware... I would just go with the regular version.
