AOE3 making my rig hard freeze...

9550 is massively overclocked (bit faster than 9600XT)...but no problems playing CS:S for a few hours/farcry/hl2...and had no problems with AOE3 yesterday when i played for a few hours straight, 1024, all maxed, no AA settings...

So i'm confused I can play for anywhere up to 15 mins or so, then it just freezes solid and i have to restart using the button on the case To my knowledge i haven't changed anything since yesterday either...
