AOC Monitor with e-Saver software

I have monitor AOC I3284VWH

Windows 10 Pro x64 doesn't work with e-Saver version 3.4.1
(it's working with Windows 7 x64 Ultimate)

Are there any new version that support Windows 10 ?

OR

Any other software that will do the same (Turn off monitor's LED blinking after shutdown computer) ?
