Anywhere to buy 2 disc DVD cases?

I found a deal for the Armagedoon Criterion Collection DVD for $9.99 used at Gamestop but the case is in pretty poor condition. I looked around at OfficeMax and Staples and couldn't find anything but single DVD cases. Anyone know anywhere (store or online) to buy these 2 disc cases?
 
hmm those aren't exactly what I'm looking for. These are theones that are like double keep cases, like the BTTF trilogy only one disc per flap.
