Anywhere in the US with an average summer high temp under 85 and an average winter low temp over 35?

Is there anywhere that fits the criteria in the title and isn't within a few miles of the pacific ocean?

EDIT: For all the morons that can't read I said PACIFIC ocean. not just "ocean". Do any such places exist on the east coast?

EDIT: Seattle is 150 miles from the ocean, IIRC.
