I am not familiar with tracking people down. My dad, who is now 55, is curious about a couple of his old friends. I've been able to track one down by simply knowing most likely the area he is in, but this other, i have no idea.
We know his first and last name and his approximate age, but not much more than that. We also know he was in the military around 1968. It would be extremely helpful if we could find his middle initial to narrow this search down. Does anyone happen to know where I can find military records? Are they public? Are they searchable on the internet?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
