Anyway to use xbox heardphones/mic on computer?

I know I can pickup a cheapy headphone mic combo, but I already have this unit laying around and was wondering if anyone has figured out a quick way to use it with their computers.

what type of headphone jack is it?

If it's the same sized jack, it's probably wired the same way and you're OK. If it's a different size, there are adapters. Radio shack sometimes has them, but in some stores you will have to look. Should be possible, though.

yeah I thought I'd need and adapter. Though the plug looks to be the same size as my cell phone hands free set Hmmmmmm

if you're daring, you could cut the wire open and buy two regular headphone plugs and hook it up that way
