Recently one of our exec's came to me with a brand new Macbook Air and wanted me to get it setup on our network. Unfortunately we run a 2003 active directory domain so it wasn't the ideal of enviornments. I'm fine with that I got shared folders to work and printers to share correctly everything is good. Only thing I want to try and get working is, the user currently uses 2003 Outlook in windows. I am trying to take the psd files from Outlook and convert them for use in either Entourage 2008 or the integrated Apple mail program. I have been doing various searches for sites containing programs to do this and I have only seen one that works however they want to charge for this. Not to mention I haven't even been successful with that program by downloading the demo. How come Microsoft doesn't have a program that does this? Now I am no Apple expert, this is actually maybe the 2nd time for me ever using a Mac so keep that in mind.

i'm wondering if using a common free client on both systems might work better. Thunderbird has both a Mac and PC client.

Maybe go from;

Outlook 2003 (PC) --> Thunderbird (PC) --> Thunderbird (MAC) --> Apple Mail (MAC)

But I need to figure out if its easy to go from Thunderbird Mac to Apple Mail. I'll post again once I find out.

I did also find this program to do it directly: http://www.littlemachines.com/ but its $10

I saved myself the headache. I guess the user decided to buy VMWare Fusion and didn't tell me so we are just going to go ahead and run a Windows XP based VM and use good ol' Outlook.
