Anyway to tell what program is accessing my harddrive?

For the life of me, i cant figure out what program is making my hard drive go crazy right now....

Anyway to monitor this?

It usually is something running in background. Sometimes you can do a Ctrl-Alt-Del, and then look at PROCESSES.

well that only shows the CPU usage, not which is currently accessing the HD.

Firefox w/ Fasterfox installed

Removed fasterfox and it went back to normal...
