Anyway to switch off Flash ads in browser?

I browse internet at work and these flash ads can be a bit embarassing at time

Another way is to go Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab
Uncheck all you want under the Multimedia Options part; Play Animations, Play Videos.

Yeah, but most people just want to turn off Flash, not regular Mpeg or Avi playback in the browser.
And besides, that doesn't even work (I just tested it. I still got stupid Flash)
