Anyway to save Flash movies?

Anyone know how to save a flash movie from a website? I'm sure there's some obvious way to do it that I'm completely looking past...so help me see it if there is! If there's not, how might I do it? A quick google search showed a lot of plug-ins, but I didn't know if any are reputable or not, so I figured I'd check with AT'ers.

(A second, less vital question...if I could save a flash movie...is there anyway to separate the soundtrack from the movie? That's really what I'm looking for, ultimately, but downloading the movie itself would be second-best.)

Oh, I'm using Windows XP w/ SP2, and IE.

Thank you!

sometimes you can get the exact location of the swf file by looking at the page code.

Which browser do you use btw? The file is easily saved, but instructions differ depending upon whether you use IE or FF :)

If your going to be doing this regularly then you should try sothink swf catcher. Other then that, just do what biostud suggested.

Hey guys, thanks for all the suggestions. Ended up going into the temporary files folder in IE, finding the .swf file for the webpage, and just copying it to another location. It turned out the soundtrack to it was also saved as a separate .mp3 file in there, so I just copied that too. Worked perfectly. Anyway, thanks for the help.
